Album Notes & Community Reviews

Attempting to hold their ground against the tidal wave of the British Invasion, the New Jersey vocal group delivers a characteristically tight, falsetto-driven pop-rock album. The production modernizes their doo-wop roots with heavier rhythmic backing, highlighting the enduring songwriting chemistry of Bob Gaudio and Bob Crewe. The record proved their remarkably resilient commercial appeal during a highly volatile musical era.
