The remarkably unique concept features a completely different underground indie-rock luminary handling lead vocals on every single track, including Lou Barlow, Dean Wareham, and Georgia Hubley. The deeply melancholic, incredibly catchy melodies perfectly complement the brilliant, cynical lyricism.
