Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released as a surprise drop at the very end of 2019, 'It Comes in Waves' is a bleak, conceptually continuous album by American deathcore veterans The Acacia Strain. The record marks a stylistic detour, heavily incorporating the slow, oppressive atmosphere of sludge and post-metal into their traditionally heavy deathcore sound.
