Album Notes & Community Reviews

Transitioning away from their earlier R&B roots, the British outfit embraces the colorful orchestration of the psychedelic era. 'Outward Bown' blends infectious horn sections with whimsical, character-driven songwriting typical of the Toytown pop movement. The record represents a charming snapshot of the UK pop scene's rapid evolution toward more ambitious studio arrangements.
