Album Notes & Community Reviews

For their fourth studio outing, the Detroit-based hard rock ensemble led by guitarist Ted Nugent ventured heavily into ambitious progressive structures. The tracks alternate between frantic, riff-driven blues rock and expansive, classically influenced keyboard suites. The album marks a significant, albeit polarizing, departure from the straightforward psychedelic garage rock that originally defined their sound.
