Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Let the Ocean Take Me' serves as a harrowing and deeply personal reflection on vocalist Joel Birch's near-fatal struggles with substance abuse and severe depression. Musically, the album balances punishing post-hardcore breakdowns with soaring, immaculately produced clean choruses. The unflinchingly honest thematic core resonated massively with their fanbase, earning the band a number one debut on the ARIA charts.
