Album Notes & Community Reviews

The final studio release by Eric Burdon's highly experimental 'New Animals' lineup operates as a sweeping, heavily orchestrated double album. Featuring a young Andy Summers on guitar, the record abandons conventional pop formats for extended, improvisational soul-rock jams and ambitious, side-long suites that ultimately precipitated the group's dissolution.
