Album Notes & Community Reviews

Peter Milton Walsh's critically revered, tragically overlooked Australian ensemble released a remarkably lush, profoundly melancholic masterpiece of sophisticated indie pop. The beautifully arranged, heavily orchestrated compositions provide a deeply elegant backdrop for his incredibly poetic, deeply sorrowful lyricism detailing heartbreak and existential loss. The intensely romantic, highly polished recording remains an absolute triumph of sophisticated 1990s chamber pop.
