Album Notes & Community Reviews

For their sophomore effort, the highly promoted Boston group abandoned the eclectic pop styling of their debut for a significantly darker, more blues-driven approach to acid rock. The dense, frequently melancholic arrangements highlight the band's instrumental prowess while simultaneously capturing the rapidly fading optimism of the late-60s counterculture.
