Album Notes & Community Reviews

Mixed heavily by Nigel Godrich, the Scottish group's final studio album before their disbandment is a dense, anxiety-riddled exploration of modern psychedelia. The arrangements violently juxtapose complex electronic sampling and synthesizer programming with driving alternative rock guitars, capturing a band creatively fracturing under internal pressures.
