Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Auckland quartet burst onto the international indie scene with a debut full of impeccably crafted, high-energy power pop. Elizabeth Stokes's self-deprecating, anxious lyricism regarding new romance is brilliantly masked by flawless four-part vocal harmonies and relentless, incredibly catchy guitar hooks. It quickly became a highly celebrated, breakout favorite in the modern alternative rock underground.
