Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded primarily in Berlin, 'Aufheben' finds the prolific psych-rock collective leaning deeply into Eastern instrumentation and hypnotic grooves. The title itself points to a Hegelian philosophical concept, mirroring the album's attempt to synthesize past sonic identities into a new, droning form. It features a notable collaboration with Will Carruthers of Spacemen 3, further cementing its space rock credentials.
