Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Staten Island instrumental collective perfected their hard-hitting 'Afro-Soul' sound on this propulsive sophomore release. Driven by a massive, impeccably tight horn section and relentlessly heavy funk rhythms, the album successfully channels the vintage aesthetics of 1970s Ethiopian jazz and Fela Kuti.
