Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Clientele's debut full-length gathers the London band's 7-inch singles and compilation tracks from 1997 to 2000, including 'We Could Walk Together' from Fierce Panda's 'Cry Me a Liver'. Alasdair MacLean's reverb-heavy guitar arpeggios and hushed vocals define its autumnal dream pop, recorded on a deliberately lo-fi, tape-warm palette.
