Album Notes & Community Reviews

Famed for their humorous, Leiber-and-Stoller-penned R&B novelty hits, the vocal group unexpectedly pivots to a sophisticated, mature presentation of traditional pop standards. Attempting to cross over into the adult contemporary market, the relaxed arrangements subdue their comedic edge to highlight surprisingly smooth, polished ensemble harmonies.
