Album Notes & Community Reviews

Neil Hannon returned with his characteristically witty and hyper-literate brand of orchestral pop, independently releasing the project on his own imprint. The album balances lush, grandiose baroque instrumentation with deeply sarcastic, observational lyricism targeting the absurdities of the British upper class and contemporary society.
