Album Notes & Community Reviews

Neil Hannon leans heavily into somber orchestration on 'Rainy Sunday Afternoon', marking one of the darkest entries in The Divine Comedy's catalog. The album frames existential ruminations on aging and melancholic nostalgia within incredibly lush, deeply sentimental baroque pop arrangements.
