Album Notes & Community Reviews
Fourteen tracks of village song, from men's choirs and female solos to the swirling overtone-flute interludes of the kaliuki extracts, close with a raucous mixed chorus. The Ensemble were recording the album as Peter Gabriel worked on 'Us', and their voices open that album's opening track, 'Come Talk to Me'.
