Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut from the San Francisco duo establishes their signature interplay of Meric Long's frantic acoustic fingerpicking and Logan Kroeber's complex, tom-heavy polyrhythms. 'Beware of the Maniacs' is a highly energetic, percussion-driven take on indie folk that avoids traditional drum kits in favor of a unique, tribal propulsion.
