Album Notes & Community Reviews
Recorded in the wake of the sudden death of their touring guitarist Christopher Reimer, the San Francisco duo's fifth album serves as a profound meditation on grief and mortality. The record remarkably balances their signature frantic acoustic fingerpicking and complex drumming with incredibly somber, emotionally raw songwriting.
