Album Notes & Community Reviews
Adding a vibraphone player to their core guitar-and-drums dynamic, the San Francisco trio expands their percussive, polyrhythmic sound on their third studio album. Produced by Phil Ek, the recording features a slightly more polished and expansive sonic palette compared to their breakout earlier work. Lyrically, the project grapples with themes of mortality, maturity, and existential dread hidden beneath energetic indie-pop hooks.
