Album Notes & Community Reviews

Attempting to reverse their commercial decline, The Everly Brothers traveled to London to record with members of The Hollies and future Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones. 'Two Yanks in England' brilliantly updates their signature close-harmony sound with contemporary British beat and pop-rock arrangements. Despite being a commercial failure upon release, it is now widely celebrated as a masterful transatlantic stylistic merger.
