Marking a massive shift with the departure of their long-time vocalist G.W. Sok, the veteran Dutch anarcho-punk collective recruited Arnold de Boer to breathe fresh life into their sound. The album perfectly synthesizes their abrasive, angular noise-rock foundations with complex, polyrhythmic grooves deeply indebted to traditional Ethiopian and African folk music.
