Album Notes & Community Reviews

Taking a massive leap in technical proficiency and conceptual ambition, the Californian quintet's sophomore album became a cornerstone of the modern 'tech-death' movement. Centered around David Icke's conspiracy theories regarding extraterrestrial reptilian shape-shifters, the record features impossibly fast sweep-picking, virtuosic blast beats, and vocoded robotic vocal interludes. It firmly established the band as leaders of the American technical metal scene.
