Album Notes & Community Reviews

Riding the crest of the Madchester and baggy wave, the Liverpool group achieved massive international success with this infectious, dance-oriented debut. Anchored by the hit singles 'All Together Now' and 'Groovy Train', 'Spartacus' merges rhythmic electronic beats with energetic indie rock guitars and working-class conscious lyricism.
