Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the massive MTV success of 'Reach the Beach', The Fixx delivered a decidedly darker and more philosophically complex follow-up. 'Phantoms' retains their angular guitars and tense synthesizer backdrops, dissecting themes of urban alienation and Cold War paranoia on standout tracks like "Are We Ourselves?".
