Album Notes & Community Reviews
Consolidating their transition from street-corner vocal group to polished, mainstream entertainers, this collection focuses heavily on lush, deeply romantic balladry. The pristine, sweeping orchestrations perfectly support their legendary, intricate vocal harmonies and ethereal falsetto leads. It is a definitive presentation of the sophisticated, highly romanticized later era of the doo-wop genre.
