Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released just one week after its predecessor, this companion piece serves as the concluding half of the West Coast rapper's massive sequel project. 'The Documentary 2.5' features slightly more diverse, deeply nostalgic production, heavily incorporating G-Funk grooves alongside modern trap influences. The record maintains the incredibly boastful, cinematic gangsta rap storytelling that defined the first installment, supported by another staggering roster of prominent guest features.
