Album Notes & Community Reviews

After scrapping early sessions recorded with Dan Auerbach, the Southern California outfit decided to self-produce 'Hung at Heart' to capture their raw, unpolished live energy. The resulting record cemented their self-coined 'Beach Goth' aesthetic, drifting effortlessly through woozy surf riffs, ramshackle garage rock, and Brooks Nielsen's distinctively raspy croon.
