Album Notes & Community Reviews

The collaborative side project of Built to Spill's Doug Martsch and Beat Happening's Calvin Johnson continues to highlight their utterly bizarre vocal interplay. The record heavily relies on Martsch's frantic guitar work colliding with Johnson's deadpan, booming baritone over charmingly sloppy indie pop structures.
