Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing their mastery of murder ballads and macabre folklore, the husband-and-wife duo produced a remarkably haunting gothic country record. The release later gained widespread cultural prominence when the opening track, 'Far From Any Road', was famously selected as the theme song for the television series True Detective.
