Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Id's 'The Inner Sounds of the Id' was an ambitious studio creation helmed by producer Paul Arnold and session guitarist Jerry Cole. Intended to represent Freudian psychoanalytic concepts, the album delivered fuzzy, sitar-laden psychedelic rock. Despite being primarily a studio assemblage, it successfully captured the wild energy of the 1960s garage psych movement.
