Album Notes & Community Reviews

Rushed out just months after their debut, the Kinks' second album relies on acoustic guitars and subdued, melancholic songwriting rather than heavy distortion. Tracks like 'Tired of Waiting for You' showcase Ray Davies' emerging melodic sensibilities amidst the raw, unpolished studio production.
