Album Notes & Community Reviews
Riding high on a massive wave of commercial revitalization in the United States, Ray Davies delivered a slick, MTV-friendly collection of arena pop-rock. The album features the nostalgic, autobiographical hit 'Come Dancing', which remains one of the band's highest-charting singles. The polished production firmly grounded the veteran British rockers within the sonic landscape of the 1980s mainstream.
