Album Notes & Community Reviews

Notorious for a title track that successfully mimicked the early Beatles so perfectly it fooled listeners, 'Lies' is a potent artifact of the American beat music craze. Beyond the flagship hit, the album demonstrates The Knickerbockers' formidable ability to merge British Invasion harmonies with the muscular urgency of stateside garage rock.
