Album Notes & Community Reviews

Signaling a dramatic stylistic shift, the formerly black metal-oriented band altered their name to The Kovenant and thoroughly embraced a futuristic industrial metal sound[cite: 1]. 'Animatronic' is heavily driven by mechanical rhythms, science fiction lyricism, and aggressive, dance-oriented synthesizer sequencing[cite: 1].
