Album Notes & Community Reviews

Edward Ka-Spel's long-running collective continues to forge their unique, deeply eccentric path, merging gothic folklore with avant-garde psychedelia. 'A Perfect Mystery' heavily incorporates jazzy saxophone passages and bubbling electronics beneath cryptic, theatrical vocal delivery. The complex, suite-like compositions conjure a persistently surreal and quietly unsettling atmosphere.
