Album Notes & Community Reviews

After a decade of eschewing electronics, Stephin Merritt returned to the synthesizer-heavy sound of his 1990s material. The album is a brief, incredibly playful collection of quirky indie-pop tracks driven by his signature sarcastic, hyper-literate, and frequently humorous perspectives on romance.
