Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the commercial apex for the South Carolina septet, 'Carolina Dreams' is a masterclass in the eclectic possibilities of Southern rock. Anchored by the smash hit 'Heard It in a Love Song', the album seamlessly integrates country harmonies with sprawling, jazz-inflected instrumental interplay, highlighted by Jerry Eubanks' prominent flute work. It perfectly encapsulates the group's ability to balance rugged jam-band tendencies with sophisticated melodic songcraft.
