Album Notes & Community Reviews

German progressive post-metal collective The Ocean unveil their conceptual studio album 'Solaris' via Pelagic Records. Inspired by Andrei Tarkovsky's psychological sci-fi masterpiece and introducing new vocalists Enrico Tiberi and Lane Shi alongside founder Robin Staps, the record weaves crushing post-metal riffs into sprawling, cinematic progressive rock arrangements.
