Masterminded by John Congleton, this anxiety-inducing release utilizes jarring dissonances, jagged time signatures, and disturbing horror-movie samples. 'God Bless Your Black Heart' is a terrifying, avant-garde exercise in post-hardcore tension that explores themes of misanthropy and profound paranoia.
