Hitshock

Album Notes & Community Reviews

As one of the most commercially successful beat bands in West Germany, the ensemble drastically modernized their sound on this eclectic, highly energized release. The tracks transition smoothly between aggressive, riff-heavy psychedelia and highly melodic, intricately arranged psychedelic pop. The record perfectly documents the group's impressive artistic maturation before the complete dominance of the Krautrock era.
