Album Notes & Community Reviews

An undisputed landmark of 90s emo, 'Nothing Feels Good' established the highly melodic, pop-punk-infused template of Midwest emo-pop. The Promise Ring pairs incredibly energetic, summer-tinged guitar hooks with Davey von Bohlen's passionate, sentimental, and bittersweet lyricism.
