Album Notes & Community Reviews

The third studio album by the influential emo band, 'Very Emergency' marked a significant shift towards a more polished, power-pop-infused sound. Produced by J. Robbins, the album moves away from their earlier, more frantic style in favor of hook-laden melodies and straightforward rock structures. The change in direction proved divisive among some longtime fans but earned the band wider recognition and praise for its sharp, catchy songwriting.
