Album Notes & Community Reviews

In their final studio release, The Promise Ring drastically shifts away from their foundational emo-punk sound. 'Wood / Water' embraces a subdued, atmospheric approach, characterized by delicate acoustic guitars, warm analog production, and highly poetic, melancholic lyricism.
