Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating as a fully realized band unit rather than a solo endeavor for Matt Johnson, 'NakedSelf' injects angular noise and brooding alt-rock textures into his discography. The lyrical themes remain pointedly political and existentially troubled, delivered with johnson's trademark intense sneer. Released via Trent Reznor's label, the production possesses an inherently dark and gritty undercurrent.
