Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Scandinavian improvisational trio, led by saxophonist Mats Gustafsson, unleashes a ferocious barrage of free jazz deeply infused with the abrasive energy of noise rock. Anchored by the thunderous rhythm section of Ingebrigt H氓ker Flaten and Paal Nilssen-Love, the tracks feature explosive, manic improvisations that frequently blur the line between jazz and heavy metal. The recording captures the visceral, unhinged power of their legendary live performances.
