Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Scottish quintet's sophomore album expands upon their delicate jangle-pop foundations with notably more intricate acoustic arrangements and melancholic maturity. Shimmering, meticulously layered guitar lines seamlessly support John Douglas's hyper-literate, bittersweet lyricism, standing as a high-water mark of 1990s sophisticated indie pop.
