Album Notes & Community Reviews

Julian Casablancas' experimental rock ensemble filters pervasive dystopian anxieties through a hazy, deeply eclectic mix of synth-pop and avant-garde new wave. The heavily modulated, autotuned vocal performances and jagged synthesizer arrangements present a cryptic, cynical commentary on modern societal decay and technological alienation.
