Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Weeknd's official debut studio album 'Kiss Land' is a cinematic, horror-inspired journey into fame and excess. Drawing from Ridley Scott films and Portishead, the production is dense, atmospheric, and unsettling. It is a polarizing but singular work that expanded his dark R&B sound into epic, stadium-sized territory without losing its nocturnal edge.
